All sales have a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of product arrival to its destination. Items being exchanged or returned should be in original condition when shipped by Trivoshop.com.
Follow these 5 easy steps when returning your item:
- Call Trivoshop.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Repackage the item purchased, leaving tags intact.
- Include a note requesting an exchange or refund with buyers contact information and order number.
- When returning your item, please indicate on the Commercial / Customs form that the item(s) are:
- CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING
- PRODUCTION VALUE of $15.00 CAD
- Ship the item using a secure and traceable method (UPS, Fedex, Registered mail, etc.) This helps locate any package that may have gone missing onroute.
Shipping Methods on Return/Exchange merchandise : Trivoshop.com recommends the following methods of shipment when returning an item:
1) USPS (with tracking number)
2) UPS Xpress, UPS Expedited, UPS Standard
3) FEDEX Xpress, FEDEX Expedited FEDEX Standard
4)Other Carriers are accepted as long as traceable tracking details are provided to the customer (shipper).

Refunds: The customer's credit card will be credited the amount of the transaction minus any shipping charges.
Exchanges: If an exchange is required, the item exchanged should be in the original condition and all tags intact as when shipped by Trivoshop.com. Shipping charges incurred by the customer will not be credited on exchanges. To exchange an item, shipping charges apply.

A 10% restocking fee is charged for each item returned unless a mistake is made by Trivoshop.com (wrong size, color, etc.).
